Willing hands are needed in 10 sections:

(The provided dates serve as indicators of when it would be ideal to undertake a particular mission. If you have a lot of time, we invite you to join us starting from May 15th!! If you’d like, you can support us with your presence long before the festival, go back home, and then return to the festival as a participant! If you don’t have time before the festival, perhaps you can stay afterward to help us restore the area to its natural beauty?

1. Builders

We are responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for the festival, as well as its smooth operation and enjoyable experience. We build stages and decorations, set up large tents, create platforms, provide electricity and water where needed, and this year we are even building an ecological greywater filter. We drive, cut, nail, screw, separate, move, connect, and have a great time doing it. We start work at the festival, and the demand for our work begins three weeks before the festival! We anticipate arrivals in 4 shifts:

– Second half of May – in an ideal world, part of the department arrives already in the second half of May! After preliminary work, they can go home and return at the end of June for the festival :D

– 3 weeks before the festival (June 5, 2024)

– 2 weeks before the festival (June 12, 2024)

– 1 week before the festival (June 19, 2024)

The last day of work for this team is the day before the festival (June 26, 2024). However, it would be awesome if you could stay afterward and help us with the cleaning :D

2. Build-Dismantle Crew

A special team for all those who can’t arrive much earlier but can stay to help clean up after the festival. We arrive 3 days before the festival (June 24, 2024) to assist in finishing various spaces, ensuring everything is buttoned up! Then we enjoy the festival :D We start the second “shift” when it ends. We help restore the area to its natural glory :) We stay for 3 days after the festival, until (July 3, 2024).

3. Decorators

We take care of the visual aspect of sensory experiences that make up the festival. In smaller teams, we create artistic installations with soul and message, and beautify various festival spaces. Creators, artists, and self-proclaimed decorators are invited to appear on-site two weeks before the festival (June 12, 2024). However, if this date does not suit you – let us know, maybe we’ll come up with something :D

The last day of work for this team is the day before the festival (June 26, 2024). However, it would be awesome if you could stay afterward and help us with the cleaning :D

4. Clean – Up Crew

Are the caring spirits of the festival. They ensure cleanliness and peace in the natural space where we will celebrate this shared time. From waste segregation to responding to space needs. They are always where they are needed at any given moment, even when they are not visible! Clean-Up Crew arrives to lend a hand the day before the festival (June 26, 2024) and departs the day after the festival (July 1, 2024). However, it would be awesome if you could stay longer and help us with the cleaning :D

5. Gatekeepers

Well organized individuals who enjoy putting on wristbands, welcoming with a smile while checking tickets, and saying “keep going straight.” Gatekeepers are ready at the gate the day before the festival (June 26, 2024) and they leave their watch untill the last day of festival (30.06.2024).

6. Cooks

Assistance in the kitchen space responsible for sorting, cleaning, and chopping vegetables, which we will compose into wonderful dishes together. Serving dishes that will land on our guests’ plates will bring smiles to our kitchen faces because many servings of Ital food will come out from under our hands, giving the entire FRUŃ organization and the rest of the volunteers the energy to put 100% into this festival.

This year, we are looking for a Head Chef (or 2 on rotation) who can start as early as 6 weeks before the festival! Cooking for a few initial volunteers during the first month (or 2 weeks in the case of 2 chefs) will be enough to then have time off and come back as a festival participant (15.05.2024 – 12.06.2024)

Additionally, we will need a looooot more people in the kitchen, so the earlier, the better! If you want to take on this mission, specify in the form the dates of your availability!

Cooks are also needed after festival ends :D

7. Messengers

Tireless, fast-running messengers with perfect memory and flawless orientation in the area, circulating among people and racking up miles while performing various missions. They arrive in two shifts:

• 1 week before the festival (June 19, 2024)
• 1 day before the festival (June 26, 2024)

We need them until last day of the festival (June 30, 2024)

8. Special Forces

The right hands of the organizers, serving as their support system. Experienced in dealing with artists, technicians, sound engineers, specialists in delicate and paperwork tasks, masters of trade and management, as well as true and steadfast connoisseurs of photography and videography. This team also includes medical professionals, as well as those with a passion for rescuing food from supermarket dumpsters. Specialists in various fields and versatile individuals, assisting during the festival in extinguishing all sorts of fires. The golden people and saviors of the organizers. They appear on-site depending on the individual need for their superpowers.

9. Eco-folks

We need a team for the Eco Department pronto. A squad of volunteer organizers brainstorming solutions together. We’re looking for inspirers, knowledge holders, idea generators, and doers. From now until May 10th, we’ll determine what and how. We’ll also actively create content for social media on ecological topics and brainstorm how to share knowledge about Ecology at the festival. Some of us will already be on-site (May 15, 2024)* to supervise and support the work of other departments in terms of Ecology. If you know anything about filters, renewable energy sources, bio materials, harmful compounds, etc., or if you want to join in spreading eco-knowledge or enjoy teaching through games, sign up as an Eco-folk!

10. Quartermasters

Equipment caretakers. Proficient in distinguishing and naming tools, having a knack for recording and remembering who has what from whom and when! They spend most of the day issuing tools and browsing OLX in search of free materials :D We need them the most:

• 3 weeks before the festival (June 5, 2024)
• 2 weeks before the festival (June 12, 2024)
