1. Ticketgate & duration:
The festival gate opens on Thursday at 8:00, with the first workshops starting at. 1:00 PM, at 10:00 PM we will gather at the Roots Stage for the Opening Ceremony The Closing Ceremony of the festival is planned for Sunday at 6:30 PM. 18:30. We invite all participants to the Cosmos Stage for the final dances and a group photo. This will be the last event of the festival.

For ecological reasons, we have decided not to print program leaflets. Posters with the schedule will be available at numerous festival points, and we are also preparing a PDF version of the schedule to download on your phone.
3. Tickets:

– On the day of the festival, ticket sales will also be conducted through the zrzutka.pl portal – we do not accept cash at the gate.
– Electronic tickets are absolutely sufficient – you do not need to print anything.
4. Transportation and Location:

We recommend traveling from the south through Radom (the route from the north involves small forest roads). You can see which route to choose here.

– If traveling by train, it is best to head to the Rogoźno Wielkopolskie station, from where festival shuttles will depart on Thursday and Friday at 12:40 PM, 4:35 PM, and 8:35 PM, bringing you directly to the FRUŃ gate. On Sunday, shuttles from the festival gate to the Rogoźno Wielkopolskie station will depart at 10:50 AM, 12:10 PM, and 3:40 PM. The cost of the bus is 20 PLN, payable in cash to the driver.

5. Parking and Campsite:
– You can leave your cars in the parking lot located right next to the campsite.
– A specially designated part of the campsite is prepared for campers. For safety reasons, those wishing to use this option must arrive no later than Thursday at 4:00 PM and depart no earlier than Sunday at 10:00 PM. The number of camper spots is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Each participant with a valid ticket has access to the campsite and sanitary facilities (toilets, sinks, cold water showers – we hope for beautiful sunshine)
– The water available in the taps is potable, so please hydrate as much as you need. Try to avoid using plastic, disposable bottles.
6. Safety First:
– Our medics will be overseeing the health of all participants. In case of illness or injury, feel free to seek help. The medics’ tent is located near the campsite and can be easily found on the festival map.
– Volunteers from the SIN organization will also be present at the festival, providing education and support to participants in need.
– We are doing our best to make the festival friendly and safe, but please remain vigilant. Always keep valuable items in sight or in a secure place.
7. Ecology:
– The entire festival is created with an eco-friendly spirit – most decorations are made from recycled materials. We have prepared a special Eco-Festival Guide for you. We encourage you to read it: https://frunfestival.com/ekologia/#guidebook
8. Families with Children:
– Good news for our youngest participants – together with our partner Kreuj Uśmiech(Make The Smile), we have prepared a special children’s zone.
– Admission for children up to and including 12 years old is free.

If you plan to bring your kids to the festival, please inform us by email at: bilety@frunfestival.com. Admission for children under 12 is free, but a ticket is required. You will receive the ticket for free after sending an email to our address with the child’s name and surname, and the name, contact number, and email address of the guardian.

9. Tickets for Pets:
If you plan to bring your pets to the festival, please inform us by email at: bilety@frunfestival.com. Admission for pets is free, but a ticket is required. You will receive the ticket for free after sending an email to our address with the pet’s name, and the name, contact number, and email address of the owner.
Pet owners must have a document proving valid rabies vaccination. Pets must remain under the constant supervision of their owner.

11. Food and Vendors
– In the festival’s food areas, you will find points with delicious food – everything will be vegetarian and vegan.
– We will also have cold and hot drinks!
– We encourage you to bring your own dishes and cutlery to act in the spirit of ecology. Your own dish means a cheaper meal.
– Many vendors will be waiting for you with their wonderful products, including handicrafts, jewelry, clothing, and eco-friendly cosmetics.
– Payment at the festival is cash only.
