FESTIVAL REGULATIONS

FRUŃ FREEDOM UNIVERSE FESTIVAL

  1. The regulations apply to all persons present at the Festival Area. “The Festival Area” means the designated portion of the terrain where the Event takes place.
  2. Participant’s entry to the Festival Area is granted only upon presentation of a valid admission ticket.
  3. Festival tickets can only be purchased through the zrzutka.pl platform, at the following address: https://zrzutka.pl/b6jwg5
  4. The rules regarding ticket purchase are governed by the ticket purchasing regulations available at the following address: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BXm5m5Fn5U5DTmABMkfTOC1fuPR4nYIu6LNkBnB6JqE/edit?usp=sharing
  5. Animals and children up to 12 years of age inclusive enter for free, after prior registration of participation at the following address: bilety@frunfestival.com. The registration must include the child’s full name or the dog’s name, contact number, address, and guardian’s email address.
  6. Before entering the Festival Area, the participant agrees to report to the Reception and exchange the ticket for a wristband. Only the original, previously unused ticket is eligible for exchange for a wristband.
  7. Only individuals with an undamaged wristband securely fastened to their wrist may remain on the Festival Area. Each person may use only one wristband throughout the entire festival. Damaging or tearing the wristband results in its loss of validity.
  8. Festival participants who are under 18 years old may only stay on the festival grounds under the supervision of an adult.
  9. Participants are required to behave in a polite manner during the Event and on its premises. Participants are required to adhere to safety regulations and provide assistance to those in need.
  10. Participants are obligated to maintain cleanliness and order on the Festival Area.
  11. It is prohibited to bring onto the Event premises and adjacent areas: weapons, dangerous objects and tools, explosives and pyrotechnic materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, poisonous and radioactive substances, and other items that, in the Organizer’s assessment, may pose a threat.
  12. Upon the Organizer’s discovery of the aforementioned items in possession of individuals, they may lose the right to access the Festival Area or be expelled from the Festival Area.
  13. Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event area to::

    – individuals who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

    – individuals who behave aggressively.

  14. The Organizer reserves the right to expel from the Festival Area individuals who disturb other Participants in enjoying the performances, especially those under the influence of alcohol or behaving aggressively. Such individuals lose the right to file complaints or claims against the Organizer.
  15. Festival Participants are prohibited from:
    – entering and remaining in areas that are not accessible to participants,
    – lighting fires outside designated areas,
    – littering the premises,
    – filming and recording the event for commercial purposes without the organizers’ consent.
  16. Destroying any property is prohibited. The perpetrator is financially responsible for any damages caused.
  17. It is forbidden to conduct any commercial or other profit-making activities, as well as advertising and promotional activities, on the Festival Grounds without the Organizer’s permission.
  18. The Organizer has the right to remove from the Festival Grounds individuals who violate the provisions of the Regulations. Such individuals are not entitled to a ticket refund.
  19. Participants acknowledge that they attend the Festival at their own risk and responsibility. The Festival Organizer is not responsible for any random incidents resulting in loss of health or life.
  20. Participants may be exposed to continuous exposure to high sound levels, which can cause hearing damage. The Organizer is not responsible for health and hearing damage of those participating in the event. The Organizer is not responsible for health and hearing damage of those participating in the event.
  21. The Organizer is not responsible for items left on the event premises.
  22. Every animal present on the Festival Grounds must have a wristband with the owner’s contact information, issued at the festival gate during registration.
  23. Owners of animals present at the festival are fully responsible for them, and the animal must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times.
  24. Animal owners are required to have a valid vaccination book, leash, muzzle, and waste bags with them.
  25. Animal owners are required to clean up after their animals.
  26. If the Organizer finds a threat posed by an animal or gross negligence in the care of the animal, the Organizer has the right to remove the owner along with the animal from the Festival Grounds. Such individuals lose the right to file a refund claim.
  27. Participants are required to follow the Organizer’s recommendations.
  28. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Festival program, including changes to the order of performances of individual artists, performance times of individual artists, and the cancellation of a particular artist’s performance.
  29. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Regulations. Information about changes to the Regulations will be made public on the Festival’s website. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Festival, change the program, schedule, time, or location of the Festival.
  30. If the event is canceled by the organizer, participants are entitled to a ticket refund.
  31. The Organizer is not responsible for weather conditions and reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather.
  32. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program due to an insufficient number of tickets sold.
  33. Participation in the Festival is equivalent to consenting to the recording of the event, along with the Participants’ images, using image and sound recording devices and the further use of the resulting materials for promotional/commercial purposes.
  34. Festival Participants are obliged to comply with the current sanitary guidelines established by the state authorities during the Festival.
  35. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
